Shirt and to the point. However interviewer lacked vital information in connection to specific onboarding requirements. When I asked about the company I was met with the answer of the 2nd interview would be where those questions could be answered

Pretty straightforward and easy. Consistent with job responsibilities.
No behavioral/psychometric/use case assessment involved. First, interviewed with Team Lead remotely and then with the Area Project Manager onsite. Both were quite descriptive concerning relevant job tasks/deliverables.
