Colloquio di gruppo con esercizi di team work e successivo colloquio personale avvenuto da remoto. Passata la prima selezione si viene contattati direttamente dal manager regionale per un ulteriore colloquio da remoto. Eventualmente, superata anche questa fase con esito positivo, si viene convocati in azienda per l’ultimo colloquio.

Il colloquio si è svolto in maniera molto tranquilla. L’HR con cui mi sono confrontata è stata molto disponibile a darmi tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno e sopratutto molto trasparente sulla posizione e i possibili risvolti futuri di carriera

Interview
Apply online through seek then an Initial phone call from a representative followed by teams interview, mine was a group interview then had a one on one during this teams meeting.
I found that it was easy to apply and the interviewer was a pleasant and professional individual. I found the experience to be relaxed and enjoyable. Working with the company ended up being a positive experience.
