First of all, our interview was not one-on-one; it was a group interview. The format was quite innovative, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxed. The first few questions of the interview focused on the candidates themselves. I sensed that the company was looking to find people who align well with its corporate culture and personality, especially among this creative pool of applicants. So we shared our hobbies, interests, and unique strengths. Next came questions related to quick thinking and adaptability, where we had to propose practical solutions to hypothetical scenarios. In the final stage, we transitioned to separate one-on-one interviews—each candidate was taken to a different room individually. The interviewers wanted to dig deeper into our core competencies and the specific value we could bring to the company.
