Rant & Rave interview questions

Phone interview with recruitment agent followed by in person interview with the agent. First interview with the Head of Product management was a get to know you, technical, but informal interview. This was followed by an intensive presentation and panel interview over 2-3 hours

Application via email and a very quick response rate from their HR team, lady there is very friendly and responsive. Face to face interview to get to know both parties prior to full interview. Reason for not continuing my application was due to me being an introvert - not really structred feedback and it's something that can't be helped.
