I had a preliminary interview, we spent one hour speaking and me getting to know the company and them getting to know me. I had to take a personality test and what I believe was an IQ/skills test. That took up more of my time..Second interview was with two managers/supervisors, they were both very nice and I answered some in depth questions, that lasted an hour as well. They used the STAR method. At the end I was told I would have a third interview after they reviewed a few more prospects and then I was completely ghosted. If I am not a good fit for the position, that’s absolutely fine with me but please don’t waste peoples time. It’s so disrespectful. I sent two follow up emails that I am for sure was received and I was ignored. I am so glad that I didn’t get hired with this company as I received an offer after interviewing with them that pays almost double what they were offering. It definitely bothered me that my time was wasted though.
