I applied online, and the company responded in a couple of weeks. On the call with the hiring manager, I experienced an uncommon situation because she had several sudden bursts of laughter. I don’t think I said anything funny to her, so it looked a bit off and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. After the interview, I didn't hear back from the company. I followed up with the company in one month and shared my experience during the interview. But the recruiter has not responded to me.
