Really well with the UW Manager. Very professional. Asked important questions to make sure I was a good fit for the company and their culture. Explained everything regarding benefits and paid days off. Explained how there is room for growth.

First interview with the Underwriting Manager. 2nd interview with the head underwriter. 3rd interview with Operations Manager. Also took an underwriting assessment for FHA manual underwrite that was fairly easy
