Interviewer asked lot of irrelevant questions instead of asking standard questions such as data structure, algorithms and so on. RapidValue should follow some big companies like SAP, Oracle and so on. Don't frustrate candidates. Otherwise, people would think RapidValue seems to be third rate company.
