1 Round: Average questions around android and design practices. I got very good feedback in this round.
2 Round: Design round, asked about designing an app tutorial for new features. I got good and positive feedback.
Hiring Manager: Discussed app design, and scenario based question, I was feeling very positive during interview and very normal managerial type questions. There was not much technical to discuss. What I have done in past projects and companies.
I was positive about feedback, then recruiter told me that its negative feedback in managerial round. I got 10+ lines of full negative feedback, there was not a single positive line in that. I was totally shocked after seeing this feedback. It seems feedback was given by some other person than interviewer.
