Submitted my CV and got contacted by a recruiter to schedule an interview.
In the interview, he didn't ask me really anything meaningful that could not be found on my CV. Very general questions (what technologies I know, programming languages, etc) in a 5 minute interview.
The next day I received the email saying I was not a match for the position. No idea why, as the questions wasn't enough to inspect a candidate's experience.

The process is slow, I did one interview with HR, one with the team director, one programming interview, another with a team director, a home test for a week and then a presentation and then the HR guy who was supposed to be my contact at Rappi stop responding me

Llamada telefónica para conversar sobre el perfil y el puesto vacante. Te preguntan cuanto es tu salario en pesos argentinos pretendido. Ofrecieron mucho menor al promedio. Entonces, al comentar esto no seguí en el proceso de selección.

Proceso bastante express pero se desaparecieron después de llegar a la ultima fase. Ignoraron correos de follow up e intentos de feedback. Me parece falta de respeto del tiempo de uno.
