No initial screening call. Went from applying straight to a request for a 45-minute discussion on a case study they would provide. Recruiter refused to share a salary range or any information regarding benefits, stating it would be discussed later on in the process. Got a very generic response of “Compensation considerations can vary based on factors such as experience, market rates, and the scope of the role”.
