I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Raspberry Pi Foundation (Cambridge, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
3-stage interview:
1. 30-minute initial call
2. Portfolio case study and assigned design task presentation
3. Q&A with the team
The whole process was very well organised. Expectations were clearly set by a hiring manager. Overall, very pleasant experience.
At the end, they have provided very thorough feedback.

Interview
The process was an initial call, followed by a take-home task and then an in-person interview. Overall, a fairly reasonable interview process, however the feedback loop is poor, and the way the interview was delivered isn't conducive to structured conversation about challenges and solutions the role can solve. However, the biggest question mark is rejecting a candidate with little feedback after 3 stages - This is doesn't provide a strong candidate experience.

Interview
Slow to contact after application, slow to interview after shortlisting. Initial phone interview good, but an important aspect of the JD changed between interview 1 and 2, making me think I hadnt been given the full story in the first interview. Clear description of contents interview process given in interview 1, but not adhered to in interview 2.
