There was a manual/instructions to read and then a quiet challenging online test on the topics of the instructions, required a lot of attention to details. It was a while ago, maybe the interview process is different now.

Interview
The interview process is actually just a three part exam. It tests your knowledge on a set of "General Guidelines" that you are provided with ahead of time. The Exam is open book. Study the guidelines ahead of time and you will do fine.

No interview questions were asked. Only Exam questions taken from the General Guidelines provided to you.

Interview
There is no interview. You are invited to take a 3 part qualifying exam. You will be given a guidelines that is around 160 pages that you must read. You will be limited in the amount of time to successfully finish all 3 parts of the exam. You must past each part in order to be given access to the next exam. You will receive notice of passing the first 2 exams very quickly. If you fail any of the 3 exams you may be given an opportunity to retake all 3 parts again.
