Raven Tools interview questions

Had a 2 hour phone screen with the creative director. We clicked very well. He said I was the perfect candidate. He sweet talked me and was talking as if I already had the position...I asked a lot of questions and he answered the well. He said he had a good feeling about it and wanted to move forward. I followed up with him a couple time a week or so after and he did not respond. He finally responded which a vague answer after the third attempt to contact him by saying I wasn't talented enough, when he said the complete opposite the week before. Didn't matter anyways since the pay was so low.
