This is very good process, clearly explained questions in technical interview and first round coding test and then third round managerial round and final round is hr round totally the whole process is good
first coding rounds are moderate to hard level, usually 2-3 coding questions in 1.5 to 2 hours, along with MCQs SQL, JavaScript, C++, OOP, Aptitude, Debugging then round 2 priority is given to the people .
