Pros Recruiter and interviewers were professional and pleasant to deal with. Interview process itself was straightforward and reasonable (two stages). Cons Very long overall timeline (nearly three months from first contact to rejection). No feedback provided after rejection. No response to a follow-up email requesting an update. Overall The interview experience was positive, but the length of the process and lack of post-interview communication could be improved.

Pre recorded Interview, followed by an online Microsoft Teams interview, and if you pass you're invited to an assessment centre + final interview. Simple process, and all the people involved were very friendly and welcoming.
