4 stages. first stage is a group interview where you're asked general questions about your cv and experiences. second stage is a group assessment with an aptitude test and group discussion. third stage is skill based on your specified route and final stage is a presentation to the ceo of the subsidiary you're going to work for

It was a group interview, that consisted of 4 other people two HR interns/ Risers interviewed us. They asked us why we picked the track we picked, and they asked random questions about our CVs. Lastly, each one of us had a personalized question. Total 3 questions.

The interview process has several phases, the first one was to record a 2 minutes video responding to 2 questions in English, The second one was an HR group interview. Then the next step was an ability test.
