Raychem RPG interview questions

Interview started with normal round with brief introduction. Then my department KPIs and project handled. Interviewer was very confuse and used to interpret me when I used to explain and start new questions suddenly. Found him little rude and from beginning he never bother to introduced anything on job role in more detail or company profile. He was just conducting interview for name sake to show to management. Found he was in hurry to end the interview process. Though I was rejected but I am happy not to work under such leadership. I checked with HR what was the reason for rejection and was told they selected candidate for green field project. But strange I too had rich green field project experience but he didn't bother to ask me any single question on green field plant setup and rejected. Great. But though it was great learning for me and understood hiring policy strategies.
