The Interview was very technical. Be very knowledgable about financial services. Have had over 20 interviews and this was the hardest by far. They will try trick questions. Prepare prepare prepare!

Process was very straight forward. One interview and decision was made very quickly after. The recruiter was helpful and answered all questions. Presented offer and benefits. Provided ideal amount of time to make decision on offer.

Interview
The interview process took a lot of time. There was an hour phone interview, an online personality test done offsite, an onsite test (2 1/2 hours), and a onsite panel style interview. The questions were behavioral based.
