It was conducted really nice. The interview personnel was very friendly. It was not hard at all. I think if most interviews were like this one then a lot more people would be employed in this world.

Told was a processing department not a call center during the interview. Had to meet processing stats while answering an average of 50-80 calls a days while wearing a headset. Adjacent cubicles had low walls creating excessive distractions and noise levels while on recorded calls. This Was the definition of a Call Center!
