Interview
There were 5 rounds. The first 4 rounds are with the hiring team which consist of technical and managerial interviews. The final round is with the HR.
They are very quick to setup interviews if you're shortlisted. I would get a call in the evening for scheduling an interview the very next day. But if you don't make it through, they don't even bother telling you that you're rejected and won't respond to your emails. I had to call and email them multiple times for over 3 weeks, but I never got a clear response.
Advice to Razorpay, if you expect the candidate to be available whenever you decide to setup an interview, it should be common courtesy to at least tell them they didn't clear an interview so that they don't keep waiting.
