3 days of assessment that would assess our quality of work. We would be given cases to work on after a small training session and then 2 rounds of HR and manager interviews.
Three rounds of interviews process
1st round personality and aptitude.
2nd round procedure writing.
3rd round assessment.
It was quite easy if you understand the concept of it and know how to manage time.

I want to tell the company that if I want to learn the process in 3 days HRs and company policy great your doing good searching for a rapid quick learner. Long interview process one week and learn complete process find something that you can do either than learning process guys especially freshers.
