I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ReVision Energy in Jan 2026
Interview
Incredibly slow, disorganized, and poor communication. They will make you jump through so many hoops and put your best foot forward while they drag their feet and communicate poorly internally. They will willingly interview you multiple times, including in person for hours, and then take week(s) to make a decision. If they like you enough, they'll be vocal about wanting to hire you, but still make you jump through all their hoops just to say "just kidding". Do not trust that they will reach out to you or remember your applications. For a successful interview you need to make sure you're on top of things for them, and even then, they move incredibly slowly. Expect weeks of minimal effort in between rounds.

Interview
I me with Human Resources and had a nice conversation. Conversation focused on company needs, my interests and goals, company culture, salary and benefits. This was the first interview in the hiring process. I chose not to move forward.

Interview
The Talent Recruiter I worked with - Kat, undoubtedly an asset to ReVision - was very professional and provided all the details that I needed when needed. She was available via text and phone for any questions. The company exercises a high degree of transparency in its operations, and that was readily apparent in the recruitment process, from screening to 2nd interview to follow-up.
Kat reached out personally with a phone call to kindly inform me that they had selected another candidate. To me, this was very much an appreciated and refreshing gesture in a world of 'black hole' resume submissions and automated 'do not reply' rejection messages.
