Went over my resume and discussed the job opening and relative tasks of the position. Interviewer was very thorough in describing in detail how the position would be. They also requested a few tasks be completed via email.

Standard interview conversation, but afterwards completed four tests on my own time: typing, excel, email, contract review. Spent hours working on it, and after the interview never even heard a response.
The HR/owner was unprofessional. I was told to decide whether to proceed after the interview. However, I got ghosted, not returning calls at all. At least let your candidates know your decision so we can move forward to other job searches.
