Swift interview process. They wanted someone to start sooner than I was ready for, and didn't give me a lot of time to decide. (which is understandable) The firm seems great and would love to work for them in the future, just not the right time for me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Real Capital Analytics (Campbell, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
Initially I was contacted by a recruiter from Avenica, a partner company that helps place new recruiters in a training program at RCA. I spoke several times with the recruiter and had a preliminary skype interview to discuss research methodology and past experience doing research in professional settings. After this step was completed, I was offered an official in person interview at RCA with 3 managers. The in person interview was thorough and brief. I spoke with managers in different departments and was asked theoretical research questions and discussed my past experience in similar settings. After this 30 minutes interview, I was contacted by the Avenica recruiter and set on track for a 4 month training process after which I would be converted to a full-time RCA employee with benefits and a pay increase.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Real Capital Analytics (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
It was a 3 round interview plus a phone screening. They mainly wanted to figure out if you have a genuine interest in commercial real estate, if you are technically capable, and if you are a social fit within the company.
