3 rounds of interviewing, with the HR person constantly sending emails about rescheduling, but then sticking to the original schedule. Organization doesn't seem to be their strong suit. It was very disappointing from the HR perspective and this person was related to the owner of the company.

Each interview was more like a discussion but it was clear from the final discussion that the manager was not clear on what the position would do.
