Thank you for taking the time to share your experience — and for ultimately joining Really Great Reading. I’ve been personally reading through our interview feedback, and I appreciate the thoughtful detail you provided about the process — from the initial email questions, to meeting with multiple team members, completing a task, and waiting for final updates.
Since this interview took place in early 2024, we’ve entered a new leadership chapter — including myself — and have made intentional improvements to create a more thoughtful, streamlined, and candidate-centered hiring experience. We are working to ensure that each step in the process has a clear purpose, that assignments feel relevant to the role, and that communication timelines are more transparent so candidates don’t feel left waiting without clarity.
Your mention of collaboration, coachability, and learning our curriculum speaks directly to the qualities we continue to value as we refine how we hire for long-term success. Today, our focus is on creating a hiring journey that reflects the same respect, empathy, and clarity we expect within our culture.
Because you accepted the role, if you are still part of the RGR team today, I would genuinely love to hear how your experience has evolved since then. Your perspective helps us continue improving how we support both candidates and employees as we grow.
Thank you again for your time, your contribution, and for being part of the RGR journey.
