      Marketing Summer Interview

      8 Oct 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Montreal, QC
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Reckitt (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2014

      Interview

It was a recruiting on campus interview. The interviewer was a brand manager. She did some behavioral questions such as: tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for us, why do you want to work in this particular position. Afterwards, the interviewer started asking questions about marketing itself. She focused on my creative abilities and quick thinking of marketing strategies. She gave mi an object and ask me what I could do with that other than its regular use (in my case was a boot). Finally she asked me what part of marketing I considered more appealing to me and why.

      Question 1

She also asked me what was my favorite brand, and afterwards asked me how would I improve their marketing strategy.
