It was at least a month before I heard back from Reckitt with an email inviting me for an interview over Zoom. It was only about another month before the interview took place. The interview was structured starting with basic questions, then moving onto technical skills, data interpretation and scenarios. They asked me about soft skills and the reckitt compass.
