After an initial phone chat with the HR Manager, I visited Reckon's Sydney office to meet the HR Manager and the National Sales Manager, who the role would be reporting to. Following this interview, I was again asked in to meet the General Manager, Business Division. At every stage of the process I was kept informed and updated by the HR Manager. Even though I was disappointed to no get the role in the end, I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Reckon and the overall process.
