I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Recovery Partners (Scottsdale, AZ) in Feb 2024
Interview
First it was a series of tasks and questions. Then I was called for a phone screen/interview. It was pretty quick and smooth. No complaints. Everyone I spoke with was kind and flexible.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Recovery Partners in Oct 2022
Interview
very unprofessional. They fixated too much on what I currently make as a collector. Interviewer was rude when I asked what I currently make has to do with the position I'm applying for. They sell you on a bonus so they can underpay you. They do not seem like the type of company that cares for their employees. This type of position would be great for a student just out of high school at the pay they are offering. A bonus is just that, a bonus, not a guarantee to your salary. I work for a toxic company so I can tell that this is just as toxic.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your bonus structure now and how much is paid out in bonus per goal?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Recovery Partners (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2019
Interview
One interview in person, they were just trying to get anyone through the door with any kind of collection experience. The problem is, they get good people in, but can't keep them because they are out of control inappropriate.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
They wanted to know about my collection experience, and my previous job. I was totally over qualified for this job, but thought I would give it a chance.
