Interview
1st round: Initial screening interview focused on background, experience, projects, and overall communication skills.
2nd round: JavaScript output-based questions on Promises and this, along with UI layout creation including sidebar, header, and scrollable sections.
3rd round: HR round covering availability, salary expectations, notice period, work preferences, and overall cultural fit.
Interview process consist of 2-3 technical rounds and 2 client rounds and post that we have hr round . They did ask about core Java concepts, spring boot, mysql and microservices. They have asked some coding questions as well.

BarRaiser interview 1st round where I was asked to code a simple UI for displaying card decks. Then client round, that depends on your client. The pay discussion is very cumbersome. The HRs are not ready to negotiate.
