Had a brief phone screen with an HR representative, which went well. I was then given a technical assessment that required me to provide some examples of what a sourcing search might look like for a given scenario.
Friendly and professional can tell that the team cares and wants to see everyone they come in contact with to be successful in whatever they do and is willing to go above and beyond to help be a part of that success.
One sided engagement. They do not give you any sort of chance to show knowledge and expertise and do not properly screen candidates. The effort is certainly not worth it here.
