I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Recycle Track Systems in Apr 2024
Interview
The interview process at RTS was smooth and well-structured. The first round was a client interview that lasted around an hour, focusing on experience, problem-solving, and delivery approach. The difficulty level was moderate. The second round was with HR, covering cultural fit, expectations, and overall alignment. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Lack of professionalism. During the final interview stage, I met with a panel, but the experience was disappointing. One of the senior leaders appeared distracted and disengaged throughout the Zoom call. The questions felt unusual and unfocused, and the overall atmosphere came across as unhealthy. In hindsight, I’m glad I didn’t move forward.

Question 1
One question that stood out was unrelated to the role and felt more like a personal judgment test than a skills-based question
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Recycle Track Systems (New York, NY)
Interview
Lengthy interview process (5+ interviews), only to never hear back (no offer nor "thank you for your time, went with another candidate").
In the future please respect others' time and limit the number of interviews, 2-3 max should give you a feel for whether or not a candidate is qualified.
