The interview process has three steps. First, you interview with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally, the director. The process was long, and you also did a case study interview in your second interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Red Bull in Nov 2021

      Interview

I interviewed for multiple roles with the company over the past year and a half. Every single one was exactly the same, with a recorded interview and automated emails. I never spoke to another human being over the phone or on a video call. It felt very impersonal, and even when I tried to reach out to individuals over LinkedIn and email I never got a response. I always thought Red Bull “culture” was extremely positive and was really hoping to work there one day, but after multiple interviews and attempts at outreach I’m not sure it’s such a great company to be a part of anymore.
