You had to send your resume and cover letter first, I was then invited to do an online assessment, which was the normal logic test and some personality questions as well. The next step was a skype interview with a machine, which was pretty weird, but had questions that could be expected, mainly directed at your achievements, and how you overcame obstacles in your private and professional life.
