The recruiter emailed me for a phone screen, letting me know they only had one available time slot the following week. I shifted around an appointment to accommodate. They called me a few minutes before the scheduled time, and left a voicemail letting me know they'd need to reschedule since I didn't answer (I was wrapping up the appointment I shifted). I emailed them to reschedule and received a rejection email the next day.

I recently had a phone interview with one of the managers at the company, and the overall experience was very straightforward. The manager kept the conversation relaxed and easygoing, and there really weren’t any difficult or deeply technical questions asked. It felt more like an introductory discussion to get a general sense of my background and personality rather than a high-pressure interview.
