I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Virginia Beach, VA) in Apr 2012
Interview
I applied online and within a day or so, I was sent an email asking me to respond to the store number within two days. I called that day which was a Wednesday and received an interview for the next day. I met with the Service Manager and the interview took about 40 minutes. He was really pleased with my personality and told me that I would receive a call within 4 days if they wanted to schedule a second interview. He called the next day and scheduled for the coming Monday. The second interview was with the GM. She asked me a few questions about my work history and my current job. process took about 40 minutes again. I received a call for training within the week.
I applied online. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Jonesboro, AR)
Interview
It was very relaxed and was done in a booth. Easy questions about my work experience and future goals. I was interviewed by a manager and the general manager. I was nervous but they didn’t hold that against me.

Question 1
If I was interested in eventually a management position as I have some experience.
The process was straightforward and stress-free, consisting of only two interviews, both of which were relaxed, conversational, and easy to navigate, making the overall experience smooth and approachable from start to finish.
Quick and easy, our location was desperately hiring so you don't even need experience. I was hired on the spot. Some people may need multiple interviews but I only had 1.
