One 20 min interview with general manager, then one with another manager for the area of the restaurant you will be working. Questions are geared to customer service, food safety knowledge, how dependable you are, how do handle high stressed and fast pace serving.

Interview
I was asked about my previous tenure there, Original hired as a server, Was also made aware of new rules and regulations regarding the bartending and server changes. I say they are good interviewers. There wasn't a test.
I put in an application and interviewed the following day. Super straight forward, it’s a lot easier to get a foot in the door if you know someone that can put in a good word for you.

Very simple, just a couple of questions about yourself and then some questions on teamwork and how you view yourself working in a team with people of all different backgrounds.
