The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Coralville, IA) in Mar 2007
Interview
I walked in and asked for an application, filled it out, and asked to speak with the culinary manager. I talked to her, anwered her basic questions (why do you want to work here, what do you like about Red Lobster, have you worked as a line cook before). I had previous line cook experience, and they were hiring (they're always hiring), so they asked when I could start.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Scottsdale, AZ) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was a clean and straightforward process that was very easy. The general manager and assistant manager were present at the screening prepared to ask me the necessary questions. It only took around 30-45 min where they offered the job and laid out all necessary starting information.
Not good 2 managers one I knew as we were both lead cooks at another establishment. Had other interviews that day went back to red Lobster in Santa Maria. The manager wasn't in called his cell.No call back called red Lobster twice asked by name to busy to call me back why bother...
Sat me down in the restaurant with a one on one interview with the kitchen manager... he asked me about myself, my resume and why I wanted to work there
