Interview
Interview was easy, between 5-10 questions. All managers are very nice and they make you feel comfortable. I would say that the chances of landing the job is very likely. Basic questions like why do you want to work here, etc. along with questions about what hospitality & teamwork mean to you.
It was rather intuitive. They ask about your work experience and then proceed to ask about the hardest moments in your working portfolio and how you overcame it. Be steadfast and deliberate with your responses.
Very easy process the manager was really nice and very direct about the duties the job requires. I also really liked the environment. The GM also comes to interview you as well.
The manager asked basic questions about customer service experience. I was called to come in for an in person interview. I was asked about my restaurant experience but had none and was till offered job.
