The interview started on early Oct. First with the HR person. Just asked you a few questions about your experience. Then a video online interview with the Medical Director. The MD was nice and respectful. She showed interest in your profession. Then the last interview was the end of November. It is also a online/video interview but this time is with the CEO. She was late to the interview, walking in with her drink in her hand. Maybe looked up at the camera for once or twice. She showed no interest in the interviewee. No respect at all. The interview process was long, from Oct to November. it took a month. And at the same time, I saw a post on indeed with the same hiring ad. They are hiring the same position that I am applying for after I already had 3 interviews with them. Obviously, they did not pick the right candidates for the first round of interview or they didn't post that they only wanted experienced staff. They knew I am a new grad and they still interviewed me and wasted my time. I rejected a good offer from another job because I thought the 3rd interview would bring me a job offer from Red Mountain. Unfortunately, it didn't and they are still looking for someone at this point to be hired for this position.
