Applied online after being referred by a Red Sift employee. 1. HR Screening 2. Interview with VP 3. Interview with additional team members. Overall the interviews went well and people were friendly. My main qualm is their recruitment team lacking in follow-up skills and I felt disrespected as a candidate. This was typical behavior in the tech industry; poor communication throughout the process.

Interview
Originally I received a rejection letter for this role, but they came back a few weeks later to request to interview. I did three zoom interviews ultimately to be ghosted after speaking with their CS director. They’re a growing startup and understand things can get busy, however it reflects poorly. Would recommend developing more effective recruiting processes.
