First was a phone call with the HR Manager. That was followed by an in person interview with HR Manager and Department Manager. Very professional and follow up was prompt.

Interview
I was contacted by an ex co-worker that expressed the need for a new designer. Set up was via phone for the following week. I arrived on time and met with the Creative director, we hit it off, she was was impressed with my portfolio and with the vast experience I brought to the table. We spoke about the scope of the job and the day to day work. We both thought that I would be a good fit, she offered me the position on the spot. I took one day to think it over, I countered their offer and got a little more than was offered.

They brought me in for an in-person interview. I met with the creative manager along with the CEO. You go through your portfolio and they walk you through the position.
