I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Feb 2015
Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward. Personal questions about school and past jobs, your strengths your weaknesses etc. There is a mock script to read that they want to see if you are coach able when they give you feedback and to run through it again. main things: personable, well spoken, driven, self motivated, and money motivated and if you don't do well on the mock script it's okay just make sure to improve on suggestions.
The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
