I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC)
Interview
You will have 1 or 2 phone interviews and will been emailed a paper script if you've made it that far. Practice with someone as if they are a customer. Don't point out flaws in the script like grammar, morality etc. Be as aggressive and relentless as possible. Control the call, it "the customer" asks a question, answer it and then get control back again by asking your own question. They love saying, "it is easier to reign you back in than it is to toughen you up." Basically and sadly, if you feel like a jerk, you are doing it right.

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
