I applied online. I interviewed at Red Ventures in Apr 2024
Interview
Extremely lengthy:
- including a case study "supposed to take 3.5 hours"
- multiple on the spot 'cases' where the interviewer provides no context and starts to jump into a series of questions
- not friendly to neurodiverse individuals
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Fort Mill, SC) in Apr 2016
Interview
The process had two phone screens the first was more introductory and the second had some analytical questions. The on-site interview was a full day on campus and a lot of them showing off the campus and 5-6 analytical interviews with multiple people. They rejected me because they "thought I would leave the company too quickly" and was "overqualified".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Walk us through how you would bring our product into the 21st century?
All the recruiters were very friendly and they communicated very quickly with me through each process. They also provided multiple sources for me to look at to study for the interviews.

Question 1
Excel questions, case studies (mostly focusing on advertising + tech)
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures
Interview
Initial interviews were standard with meeting with the recruiter and then the hiring manager.
Although, for the final interview they request for you to do a 3 hr interview where every 30 minutes you speak to a leader on the team.
This wouldn’t be so bad if the team had at least gotten back to me on if I had received the role or not. Even after sending a follow up email they did not get back to me at all.
If you are going to ask someone to set aside 3 hrs of their day, you should be kind enough to at least send them a generic rejection email.
