Filled out application online, was contacted for a phone interview. (lasted about 30 mins) Interviewer then offered me to come on site for the next step in the interview process, the on site interview. Went on site (lasted about 90 min) first, had a one on one interview with a hiring manager, and then went with a group for a tour of the campus, watched a mock sales call, and had an opportunity to ask questions before leaving.
Was contacted within 1 day with job offer

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
