I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online, using an employee refferal.
I was emailed the following Tuesday to set a phone interview. My phone interview was 8:30 am on the following friday. She went ahead and gave me the on-site interview instead of another phone interview. It was set for the following Tuesday at 10:45 am.
My on site interview was very rushed. I believe they were off track on schedule. My group was broken up into 2 groups of 4 for some reason, and we didn't get to do the sit in with an employee, or the longer tour of rv. We waited 20-30 mins in the lobby for someone to get us. There was also another group already waiting for their turn, before we even had our interviews.
I definitely didn't find my interview as a fair shot.
My brother in law went the day before and had a totally different experience.
I haven't gotten an email yet saying whether or not I've got the job. My brother in law recieved the email that night.
I will be surprised if I got the job. Because it would really surprise me that they actually paid attention to anything any of us had to say. Because they were so rushed.
Very unprofessional, I wish I could get a second shot on one of their better days.
When pickin your interview time, go with the afternoon. It's more lively and obviously they're not so off-track

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
