Informational with the recruiter Then met the hiring manager Then ghosted. Followed up twice and finally received an automated rejection. Not my favorite place to have interviewed. But everyone was nice when talking live.

Contacted by the company via LinkedIn. One call with a recruiter and then head of engineering - for PM role. Recruiter had to reschedule once but the position seemed very aligned with skills. I was asking less than their budgeted amount for salary.

The hiring manager wasn’t available. I was asked three vague questions. One was about a customer journey. One was about dealing with conflict and my background. They decided to pass which is their prerogative but it seemed odd. Never been booted so fast.
